Brasco is proud to be Africa’s largest OEM cage manufacturer, producing thousands of cages every month to support dust collection systems across the continent. By integrating cage production into our OEM model, Brasco offers clients a complete filtration solution — cages, bags, cartridges, and systems — all engineered to work seamlessly together.

Types and Specs:

Round Cages: Ø120–160 mm, 8–12 wires.
Oval Cages: Eskom specification, 3-piece clip join.
Custom Cages: Split ring, epoxy-coated, stainless steel.
Materials & Build:
- Wire: 4.0 mm.
- Rings: 4.0 mm oval or 6 mm support.
- Base Plates: Flat or vented.
- Coating: SK10 epoxy edge primer (black).

Every cage is designed for dimensional accuracy, durability, and weld strength, ensuring long service life and maximum airflow efficiency in demanding industrial environments.

Cage Refurbishment Service

Brasco also offers a specialist refurbishment program to extend cage lifespan and reduce client costs:

Collection & Crating – 250 per crate.
Acid Dip – Full rust and paint removal.
Weld Inspection & Repair – Up to 12 weld repairs (beyond this, cages are replaced).
Re-coating – SK10 epoxy primer for long-term protection.
QC Inspection → Repack → Delivery.

By refurbishing cages locally, Brasco provides a faster turnaround, lower costs, and more sustainable option compared to imports.
