Brasco Filtration first ventured into the market by offering service and maintenance to existing systems and since then, became an undisputed industry leader with uncompromised service delivery and efficiency of service. Our Maintenance crews are available 24/7 and every client has a dedicated Brasco Filtration representative to ensure we have the plant running optimally, continuously. The Group is proudly Level 3 B-BBEE contributor and has recently started our proudly South African campaign.
We offer Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually and Annual Inspections with extensive reports, performance graphs and data monitoring. This allows us to focus on preventative maintenance rather than “call Out” Breakdowns.
This is to ensure a cost-effective way to keep every industry running smoothly. We recently added Off-Site Monitoring to our continuously expanding range of Pulse controllers which has been hugely successful in predicting when the best time is to carry out maintenance.
This allows for quick response time as well as minor repairs to be done before major breakdown occur.

We also comply with every OSH requirement (Safety files provided) on every site and continuously train our staff to work safely as well as efficiently. All of our team members complete our unique and vigorous SEEM training program (safety, education, expertise, and management). SOME OF THE SYSTEMS THAT WE WORK WITH
Our dry filtration system services include inspections and reports on bag systems and differential or compressed air pressure values, and signs of damage to bags. These services also include installations of fans, ducting and C-Series Filter Cell Units. We also install, replace and clean filter bags and cages in a range of materials, including polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, fibreglass and more.
In addition, we can install and replace pleated bags and panel filters, overspray eliminators and arrestor pads, as well as suspended and collection bags. These are but a few of the solutions we have on offer, and our approach will depend on the needs of your facility.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
Brasco Filtration works with, supplies and installs a number of different control systems sourced from leading, trusted manufacturers. These systems allow our clients to properly monitor, maintain and manage their extraction and filtration systems with ease.
WE INSPECT ALL ASPECTS OF THE UNITS SUCH AS:
• Differential pressures
• Bearing temperatures
• Motor temperatures
• Pulsating
• Fan flow discharging etc.
All readings are captured on applicable graphs and are kept for a period of 52 weeks (depending on inspection intervals) enabling our clients to monitor the efficiency of their dust collectors over time.
